Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us if needed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
